we will put you the customer at the centre of all aspects of our practice we will strive to provide a health SERVICE

Gp consultations will be booked at 10 minute intervals giving you ample time to discuss your health care with our staff

Home visits for those who are truly housebound or whose medical condition prevents them from leaving home will sill be provided

Community nursing staff will continue to provide packages of care for those patients who require it.

Acute packages of nursing/ physiotherapy and occcupational therapy may also be available via the 'CART' team

Acute consultations will be provided by our Doctors and also by our specialised Nurse Prescribers

This wil continue to be available from our practice nursing staff. We will adhere to National Guidlines and implement Best Pratice.

Initially opening hours will be the same. We will work to increase these to offer an 8am-8pm opening Monday-Friday

We will commence Saturday morning surgeries at all practices within 6 months of acquisition.

these vary across PCTs and we will work closely with the PCT to deliver those services which are most needed by our communities.
