WHY DO DST ?
Working along with Hallam University's Centre
for Sport and Exercise Science and Dr Rav Naik,
Joshua Isaac Smith pioneered
DST as a stability training system that accelerates
postural and abdominal muscle activation in
walking, running and exercise. This means you
get the maximum body toning when doing DST methods.
